TORONTO, Sept. 2, 2009 /CNW/ - GO Transit will add extra train service
for The Canadian International Air Show over the Labour Day weekend. From
Saturday, September 5 to Monday, September 7, 2009, GO will offer extra
service on its Lakeshore lines.
In addition to regular Lakeshore hourly trains, extra inbound trains
making all stops to Exhibition station will leave from Oshawa GO Station at
10:11 a.m. and 11:11a.m., and from Aldershot GO Station at 10:35 a.m. and
11:38 a.m. Extra outbound trips making all stops to Oshawa will leave
Exhibition station at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., and trips will leave Exhibition
for Aldershot GO Station at 5:19 p.m. and 6:19 p.m.
The CNE is in full swing and GO can help get you there. Buy your CNE
tickets at any Lakeshore GO station or Union Station and let GO take you right
to the gates.
On Monday, September 7, GO Transit will operate on a holiday schedule,
but with extra service for the Air Show.
