Today That They Have Formed an Incorporation Headquartered in Brussels,
Belgium

    The members of the GlobalCom PR-Network decided to incorporate into an
Incorporation. In its initial form GlobalCom was founded mid 2004 by Outsource
in Belgium and GlobalCom GmbH in Germany, as an informal group of individual
PR agencies. After merely a year, the network expanded to a global reach.
Today, GlobalCom takes a further step in its development by providing a solid
legal, financial and operational structure for the delivery of both local and
global services to its customers. With this initiative, GlobalCom PR-Network
is right at the pulse of modern global PR deployment.

    Listening to the Customer

    "The idea of setting up a legal structure was dictated by our clients",
explains Robert Nystrom, Director of GlobalCom-PR Network. "We have understood
that, while PR needs to be centrally coordinated for optimal synergy, delivery
by strong local partners is of the utmost importance. The power and quality of
the delivery lie not in one far away headquarter, but are managed locally,
therefore close to the clients' market."

    A new PR era emerges

    "Until now, companies could only choose from two models for deploying
their international PR needs", explains Didier Borremans, Director and

used by the 'big names' in global PR; a company founded in one specific region
sets up local branches in different parts of the world, that all work in line

lateral organization, in which independent companies come together to form a
detached partnership. They 'share' clients across country boundaries. However,
both existing propositions no longer fulfil the requirements of many
companies."
