Global Chinese Financial Forum Facilitates China Partnership Opportunities at the Toronto Conference 2009

VANCOUVER, Aug. 19 /CNW/ - The GCFF is excited to announce its most
recent updates for the 2-day Toronto Conference 2009 held on October 16th -
17th. With the building interest and support from all levels of business and
government from North America and Greater China, the 10th annual Conference is
poised to become the leading bilingual business partnering and financial
event.
The Day 1 - China Partnering Forum, the premier cross-border industrial
partnering event, held in Downtown Toronto on October 16, has confirmed more
North American and Greater Chinese companies and associations, including the
Hong Kong Energy And Minerals United Association, an association of resource
industry related firms and professionals from the Hong Kong area, Yunnan
Baiyao Group, Co. Ltd., one of the largest drug manufacturers in China that is
seeking potential licenses in North America, Sutor Technology Group Ltd.
(NCM:SUTR), and General Moly Inc. (NYSE AMEX & TSX: GMO).
With 80 attending companies seeking partnerships between North America
and Greater China, the Forum will focus on the buy/sell opportunities in the
resources sectors, corporate and strategic partnerships in the life sciences
sector, and the diverse opportunities in the clean technology sectors. Other
partners and speakers include BIOTECanada, a Former VP of Global Patents at a
multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer, the Ontario Centre for
Environmental Technology Advancement, the Ontario Environment Industry
Association, and Sustainable Development Technology Canada.
The GCFF is also pleased to announce its cooperation with KPMG LLP in
hosting a Resource Seminar as part of the China Partnering Forum, which will
be inviting top notch speakers to present about recent activities and trends
in the resources market and promising investment opportunities.
Along with our North American and Greater Chinese partners and companies,
the China Partnering Forum will also be hosting a delegation from the State of
Israel, lead by the Israel Economic Mission to Canada, which will be bringing
Israeli companies in the clean technology and life sciences sectors. Israel,
as one of the most advanced countries in Western Asia and a leader in the life
sciences and clean energy sectors, will undoubtedly provide substantial
diverse opportunities to China Partnering Forum delegates.
The Day 2 - Financial Expo, held in the Town of Markham, has changed its
date to the 17th and from the interest shown thus far, attendance will likely
exceed 2,500 high net-worth, local Chinese investors. Due to the growing
interest by investors in Chinese projects, the Financial Expo has added a
China Corner to its existing Investors Exchange, allowing China-related
companies to showcase and present their businesses alongside promising North
American companies.
The Wealth Management section of the Expo will feature wealth management
strategies and alternatives such as ETFs and Options and has also confirmed
the Canadian Society of Technical Analysts to participate at the Expo in
providing coverage on financial technical analysis.
This year's Toronto Conference 2009 - Financial Expo is proudly sponsored
by TD Waterhouse, Agfeed Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FEED), Boyuan Constructions
Group, Inc. (TSX.V: BOY), China Green Agriculture Inc. (AMEX: CGA), and Vulcan
Minerals Inc. (TSX.V:VUL), with more sponsors to be announced.
