MONTREAL, Nov. 21 /CNW Telbec/ - GENIVAR Income Fund (TSX: GNV.UN)
announced today that its monthly cash distribution of $0.0833 per Fund unit
covering the period from November 1 to November 30, 2007, will be paid on
December 17, 2007 to unitholders of record at the close of business on
November 30, 2007.
The Fund also announced today that a quarterly cash distribution of $0.25
per Subordinated LP Unit covering the period from July 1st, 2007 to September
30, 2007 was paid to holders of Subordinated LP Units of record at the close
of business on September 30, 2007
Furthermore, the Fund is pleased to declare a one-time special cash
distribution of $0.30 per Fund unit payable on December 17, 2007 to
unitholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2007. A
one-time special distribution of $0.30 per unit will also be made to the
holder Subordinated LP Units and Non-Subordinated Exchangeable LP Units of
record at the close of business on November 30, 2007.
This special distribution recognizes the strong financial performance of
the Fund and the need to pay total distributions for 2007 sufficient to ensure
the Fund itself is not taxable.
