the Board of GCT Global Container Terminals Inc., an Ontario Teachers' Pension

Mr. Rudy Mack brings 42 years of shipping and transportation experience
with 35 of those years with Hapag-Lloyd, one of the top shipping companies in
the world. His global experience includes managing offices in Latin America,
Europe, Asia and from 1999 to 2007, President and CEO of Hapag-Lloyd (America)
Mr. Mack is a former member of the board of the Montreal Gateway
Terminals and the Management Board of Hapag-Lloyd A.G., Hamburg. He is the
founder and president of Management Consultancy Rudy Mack Associates, Inc.,
New York since August 2007.
Mr. Kevin Rampe's appointment to the board brings additional top caliber
talent. Mr. Rampe is the General Counsel for ACE North America and is
responsible for all legal matters for the company's North American operations.
The ACE Group is composed of leading insurance companies that serve a variety
of clients around the world.
Before joining the ACE Group, Mr. Rampe was president of the Lower
Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC) from 2003 to 2005 and served as
chairman from May 2006 to May 2007. He was appointed to serve on the audit
committee in March 2008.
Prior to joining the LMDC, he served as First Deputy Superintendent and
Chief Operating Officer of the New York State Insurance Department, managing
the leading insurance regulatory agency in the country with a staff of
approximately 1,500 people. Mr. Rampe was also First Assistant Counsel to the
Governor, where he served as Governor Pataki's senior legal advisor of
insurance, banking, civil justice, workers' compensation and labor matters.
GCT Global Container Terminals is a private company of the Ontario
Teachers' Pension Plan. It was created to hold and direct the pension fund's
investments in marine container terminals. These investments currently
comprise four marine container terminals in North America - two terminals in
the Port of Vancouver, British Columbia, one terminal in Bayonne, New Jersey
and one terminal on Staten Island, New York.
