HALIFAX, Aug. 13 /CNW/ - Royal Roads Corp. (RRO-TSX-V) ("Royal Roads")
has announced further change of directors and officers of Royal Roads after
the completion of the plan of arrangement with Buchans River Ltd. ("Buchans
River") following which Buchans River became a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Effective August 12, 2008, G. William Felderhof replaced Warren MacLeod
as President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Roads. Mr. Felderhof also
serves as a director of Royal Roads, Buchans River and Acadian Mining
Corporation (ADA-TSX) ("Acadian") which owns approximately 29% of shares of
Royal Roads. Mr. Felderhof is also the President and Chief Executive Officer
of Acadian. Mr. MacLeod resigned from the board of directors of Royal Roads
effective August 12, 2008.
