Newspapers Limited, and Paper City Mag Inc., announced today that they have
entered into a partnership to produce B Magazine, a free monthly publication
that provides comprehensive coverage of the wellness and beauty industry.
50,000 copies of B Magazine's first edition will arrive on GTA streets today,
and will be available in Dreamboxes (the blue boxes with white clouds), Metro
Newspaper boxes, Gateway Newsstands and selected salons and spas throughout
B Magazine's content will be the responsibility of co-editors Jayne Hobbs
and Maddy Dennett, founders and directors of CNoMA, The Canadian Network of
Make-up Artists. With over 30 years combined experience in the beauty
industry, Jayne and Maddy have travelled all over North America conducting
advanced seminars for professionals, acting as keynote speakers at
international events, and producing and consulting on many successful trade
and consumer shows.
"This magazine will give readers the opportunity to have their finger on
the pulse of what's happening in the beauty industry right here at home and
across the globe," says Jayne Hobbs. "We will be providing readers with a full
spectrum of the helpful information they want, including tips, news, reviews
and advice on all aspects of beauty, anti-aging and wellness."

B magazine will focus on three major areas of the beauty industry:
beauty, anti-aging and wellness. Beauty includes skincare, makeup, hair and
nail care, salon and spa, and style and image. Anti-aging encompasses
cosmetics, injectables, laser treatment, medical clinics, prescribed skincare,
and paramedical services. The Wellness section will cover nutrition, health
and lifestyle, fitness, and travel. Other information contained in the
magazine will include the Editor's Watch page, which will bring new trends to
the forefront, and House Calls - The Doctor Is In, which will answer reader
questions on beauty and anti-aging.
