QUEBEC, Dec. 11 /CNW Telbec/ - Fortsum Business Solutions Inc. (Fortsum
Business Solutions) (TSX Venture Exchange: FRT) announces today that it has
concluded an agreement with Centre Financier de la Cité Inc. for market making
services and prospecting new investors in a secondary market. Centre Financier
de la Cité Inc. is represented by Louis Lessard, a member of Fortsum Business
Solutions' Board of Directors. In consideration of services to be rendered,
Fortsum Business Solutions accepted to pay a monthly amount of $7,000 for each
of the three (3) months of this contract.

assist me with certain shareholder relations activities in the upcoming weeks.
Due to a re-organization of the executive team, the Corporation is currently
looking for an experienced candidate to fill the position of chief financial
officer following the appointment of Marc Lalancette as Vice-president,
Software Manufacturing segment. In the meantime Mr. Lalancette will occupy
both positions. One of the duties of the candidate will be to assist me with
