Hardware Corporation ("Ace") to be their provider of internet-delivered music
and messaging to Ace's 4,600 stores. Ace is the largest retailer-owned

home improvement marketplace, with stores in all 50 states and 60 countries
generating annual retail sales of more than $13 billion.
