First-Ever Canadian Infertility Awareness Week, planned for week of May 20th



    Infertility Awareness Association of Canada Launches National Week of
    Recognition at Media Conference in Toronto May 17th

    TORONTO, April 27 /CNW/ - The Infertility Awareness Association of Canada
(IAAC) will launch the first-ever Canadian Infertility Awareness Week from
May 20-26, 2007 at a media conference in Toronto, Thursday May 17th. The Week
will honour those pursuing the dream of starting a family while struggling
with infertility, and will recognize the strength, sacrifice and optimism of
these tens of thousands of women and men.
    The May 17th media launch event will include the release of new Canadian
statistics on infertility, and will feature several patient spokespeople,
whose personal stories will represent some of the experiences of Canadians
unable to conceive naturally.
