Signature building at the mega-studio gates to be home to Deluxe
TORONTO, Jan. 7 /CNW/ - FILMPORT, the new film and media business

Entertainment Services Group ("Deluxe") will be relocating their
Postproduction operations to FILMPORT as the sole tenant in a Deluxe-branded
building. Deluxe is the leading provider of picture, sound services and
technologies to the film and television industry worldwide.
Deluxe's 80,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, designed by Sweeny

this exciting new film and media community."

"Deluxe Postproduction is proud of the role that we continue to play in
support of Canadian feature filmmakers," added Drabinsky.
Construction of Deluxe's building will commence by Spring 2008 for
occupancy by Spring 2010. Economic development initiatives recently pledged by
the City of Toronto to encourage new commercial development were a factor in
the decision to build the new facility.

and retail shops. In addition, high-tech industrial buildings will house
