TORONTO, Sept. 8 /CNW/ - Faircourt Asset Management Inc. ("Faircourt" or
the "Company") is pleased to announce the filing of the preliminary prospectus
for the Faircourt Exploration Flow-Through 2009 Limited Partnership (the
"Partnership"). The Partnership's investment strategy is to invest in
flow-through shares of junior and intermediate resource issuers that have
experienced and capable senior management, well-planned exploration programs,
and superior potential for future growth. The principal business of the
resource issuers will be: (i) primarily metal exploration, development and
production; and (ii) to a lesser extent, oil and gas and alternative energy.
The maximum size of the offering is $25,000,000.
