CALGARY, Oct. 4 /CNW/ - Fabutan Sun Tan Studios in support of Breast
Cancer Awareness Month has kicked off its annual "Ray of Hope" campaign to
raise money for breast cancer research.
During October, Fabutan customers will be able to give a "Ray of Hope" to
help those affected by breast cancer simply by adding 125 minutes to any
tanning package for $10. Fabutan will in turn donate that $10 to the Vitamin D
Society for breast cancer research.
Each October, Fabutan studios across the country work together to further
breast cancer research. "Supporting Canadian researchers looking to find a
cure for breast cancer is something Fabutan CEOs and franchisees are very
proud of doing. It's gratifying to know that all funds donated to the
Vitamin D Society through this campaign will only be spent in support of
Canadian research," said Fabutan President Doug McNabb.
Fabutan's Ray of Hope campaign has raised over $250,000 for breast cancer
research to date.
