Extension of the consultation on the reform of Québec's Companies Act

    QUEBEC, March 12 /CNW Telbec/ - Monique Jérôme-Forget, Minister of

Administration and Chair of the Conseil du trésor, announces that she is
extending the consultation period on the reform of the parts of the Companies

It should be recalled that it was on December 19, 2007 that the Minister
announced the holding of a consultation with a view to reforming the Act. At
that time, she had invited the public and specialists to express their views
by March 14, 2008.
This extension has become necessary due to the interest that numerous
