Exchange Industrial Income Fund announces increase to size of private placement offering



    WINNIPEG, June 8 /CNW/ - Exchange Industrial Income Fund (TSX:EIF.UN)
(the Fund") announced today that it has determined to increase the size of its
previously announced private placement offering (the "Offering") of investment
units ("Units"), each comprised of one Class A trust unit of the Fund and one
Class A trust unit purchase warrant. The Fund has determined to increase the
maximum gross proceeds of the Offering from $5,000,000 to $8,000,000 (842,105
Units). All other terms of the Offering remain the same.
