VANCOUVER, Jan. 15 /CNW/ - ESI Integrity Inc. today announced that it has
entered into an agreement to continue to supply its Integrity Pari-Mutuel
Wagering Systems to the Florida Department of Business and Professional
Regulation (DBPR). ESI Integrity has supplied its systems to the Florida DBPR
since June 2004, and the agreement allows an extension of that utilization
until 2013. Under the agreement, DBPR will have license to utilize the
Integrity Pari-Mutuel Monitoring Systems to support their needs for the
continuous real-time monitoring of pari-mutuel wagering in the State of
Florida, as well as utilize the Integrity Central Management System to support
their needs for wagering permit and tax liability management.
The Integrity systems license agreement plus related support and
maintenance services are cumulatively valued at approximately US $1,100,000
over a term to June 2013. In addition, ESI Integrity will supply 24hour/day
7days/week technical support as well as administer product release updates to
the DBPR. Furthermore, DBPR shall have the option to engage ESI Integrity to
undertake additional system customization and enhancements.
