Merger will ensure Ernst & Young has a presence in the fast-growing
    Moncton market

MONCTON, NB, Sept. 10 /CNW/ - Ernst & Young has signed a letter of intent
to merge with the Greater Moncton, New Brunswick, office of Leblanc Nadeau
Bujold, one of the largest independent professional services firms in the
province.
Mathew Harris, Ernst & Young's Atlantic Managing Partner, sees the
transaction as a positive development for New Brunswick's business community.
"Moncton is the fastest-growing community in Atlantic Canada, and it's
important for Ernst & Young to be there," he says. "Bringing Leblanc Nadeau
Bujold's great team to the Ernst & Young family means we can better help the
region's businesses achieve their goals in a recovering economy."

professionals and offers a wide range of services, including assurance,
taxation and business advisory, and has been in operation for nearly 50 years.

merger is a natural fit. "Like Leblanc Nadeau Bujold, Ernst & Young is
committed to outstanding client service, quality, and creating a positive,
inclusive work environment. We believe our clients will benefit tremendously
from the combination."
