Entrust SSL VPN Certificates Available to Check Point Software Customers to Protect Data In-Transit

DALLAS, May 27 /CNW/ -- Entrust, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENTU), today announced it
is delivering a more streamlined Entrust SSL VPN certificate deployment for
customers of Check Point(R) Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP). Users
of Check Point Connectra(TM) secure remote access gateway now have a new way
to set up Entrust SSL VPN certificates needed for encrypted sessions. Using
SSL VPN protects data in transit, mitigating the risk of hackers gaining
access to company information.

"As organizations continue to realize the benefits of a mobile workforce,
more companies are utilizing secure SSL VPN to gain access to corporate
networks, e-mail and applications," said Entrust President and CEO Bill
Conner.

Check Point Connectra customers will be able to purchase one-, two- or
three-year Entrust SSL VPN certificates that lock in certificate pricing for
the designated licensing period. Also, included in the regular product
installation and documentation process, Entrust SSL VPN certificates can be
readily accessed in Check Point Connectra through a special URL page. This
integration allows for better manageability of network security, while
simplifying the certificate access and download.

"Check Point helps customers combine the highest levels of security
together with simplified management," said Amnon Bar-Lev, vice president of
worldwide field operations at Check Point. "Availability of Entrust SSL VPN
certificates for our customers, through an easy-to-use method, helps protect
their sensitive data."

Check Point Connectra is a comprehensive and unified remote access
solution that unifies best-of-breed SSL VPN, IPSec VPN and integrated
intrusion prevention, enabling secure connectivity to network resources for
mobile and remote users.

Entrust SSL certificates enable SSL encryption and authentication to
secure Web servers and devices, as well as SSL VPN environments. Protected by
128- or 256-bit encryption, these certificates are trusted by more than 99
percent of all browsers.
