Enerchem Consolidates Offices

CALGARY, Sept. 23 /CNW/ - Kenneth M. Bagan, President and Chief Executive
Officer, reports that Enerchem International Inc. has relocated its finance
and accounting office from Leduc, Alberta to Calgary. This move consolidates
the executive offices of the Company in Calgary, the offices having previously
been divided between the two cities. The move has precipitated the departure
of the Leduc financial staff all of whom, including the Chief Financial
Officer, Mr. Brian Zubach, have elected to maintain their residences in the
Edmonton area. All staff, including Mr. Zubach, will remain with the Company
until the end of October, 2008 to assist the new staff through a 30 day
transition period in Calgary.
Concurrent with this change, the Company is pleased to announce that Mr.
Timothy Lemke, of Calgary, Alberta, will join the Company as the Chief
Financial Officer effective September 29, 2008. Mr. Lemke is a Chartered
Accountant who received his designation in 1988 while with the firm of
Deloitte & Touche. Tim has spent the intervening years in various senior
financial positions with both public and private companies, having recently
developed significant experience with the soon to be adopted International
Financial Reporting Standards. Mr. Bagan, commenting on the appointment,
stated, "we feel very fortunate to have attracted a person of Tim's quality in
an environment where professional staff are in such high demand".
