announced today that shareholders at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting
have voted overwhelmingly to approve changing the Company's name to EnGlobe
The Company has sought approval for a new trading symbol on the Toronto
Stock Exchange and expects to begin trading on April 23, 2007 under the symbol
Votes cast at the meeting were virtually unanimous in support of the
change to the new name which was suggested by the Company's employees.

EnGlobe name. They clearly recognize that this is a new company with a solid
financial base, strong operations and many opportunities ahead of it," said
President and CEO Tony Busseri. "EnGlobe will become recognized as a leading

At the meeting, the shareholders also elected Michael Harris, Tony
Busseri, Allen B. Clarke and Kevin O'Leary as Directors of the Company.
Is his remarks to the Annual and Special Meeting, Mr. Busseri noted the
Company's achievements of the past year. These include the completion of a
$20 million recapitalization, organic growth through winning long-term
revenue-producing contracts, and the merger with Biogénie S.R.D.C. Inc.. The
merger greatly expanded the Company's site assessment and remediation
business, provided critical mass in central Canada, and strengthened the
platform for growth. In 2006, the Company increased its revenues by 33% and
its EBITDA by 74%, surpassing its own targets.
