(TSX: EMS) reminds shareholders that the Company will hold its annual and
special meeting of shareholders at 9:00 a.m. ET on April 20, 2007 at the TSX
Gallery, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
Among other items, shareholders will be asked to vote on a special
resolution to change the name of the Company to EnGlobe Corp.. If approved,
the new name will be reflected in a new trading symbol on the Toronto Stock
Exchange Company: "EG".
