MONTREAL, September 2, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Quebec's English-Language Arts Network (ELAN) hosts its 10th Anniversary Celebration at Eastern Bloc on September 11, 2014. This event is a significant milestone for both ELAN and the English-speaking arts community, which has flourished over the last decade.
