Canada ranks highest in client satisfaction with full-service investors,
according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Canadian Full Service Investor
The firm received top ratings from clients in the key drivers that
determine overall satisfaction: investment advisor/team; investment
performance; account statements; and account set-up and offerings.
The 2007 Canadian Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study is based on
responses from 3,357 investors who use full-service investment institutions.
The study was conducted in April and May 2007.

The study also finds that when customers are asked to consider all
aspects of their experience with their full-service investment firm, the role
of the financial advisor is the most important driver of satisfaction.
Edward Jones in the United States ranked highest in investor satisfaction
with full-service brokerage firms by J.D. Power and Associates in the 2006 and
2005 Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study. The firm also ranked highest in
a tie in the 2002 Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study.
