EDLEUN ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO ITS MANAGEMENT TEAM

CALGARY, Feb. 25 /CNW/ - Edleun Group, Inc. (TSX-V:EDU) ("Edleun" or the "Company"), a leading Canadian operator, consolidator and developer of child care facilities, today announced that Mr. Mark Davis, Edleun's Chief Operating Officer, has tendered his resignation. Mr. Davis has indicated his decision to resign is for personal and family focused reasons and that he is receptive to providing services on a transitional basis if desired by the Company

"With Ms. Marnie Testa, our Vice President of Operations, now well immersed in the breadth of Edleun's activities, it is evident that her 15 years of hands-on international experience maintains Edleun's position to continue to deliver strong operational performance."

The Company has commenced a search to identify an appropriate individual to replace Mr. Davis and expects to make an announcement in this regard in the near future.
