Sylvain Perron appointed General Manager
MONTREAL, Sept. 1 /CNW Telbec/ - Edelman Public Relations is pleased to
announce several new appointments to its Montreal office. Sylvain Perron has
been promoted to General Manager of the Montreal office. He will be supported
in this new role by Anik Trudel, Vice President, Corporate Communications and
Employee Engagement, who has been appointed Deputy General Manager.
With 15 years of experience in marketing and social media, Sylvain Perron
joined Edelman in 2007 as the General Manager of Edelman Digital Canada. He
will retain this position and will continue to act as a consultant to clients
of the firm in order to provide them with his expertise in interactive and
social media. Anik Trudel was a senior partner in a distinguished Canadian law
firm before joining Edelman in September 2008.

Tremblay, Vice-President, Corporate Communications. Frédéric Tremblay has
solid experience in corporate and financial communications, in crisis
management, and in media strategy.
Isabelle Troitzky and Marie Karina Dimitri have also joined the team as
Senior Director of the Consumer Goods and Health practices and as Director of
Health for Edelman Digital, respectively. Isabelle Troitzky has 12 years of
experience working in public relations firms in Canada and in France which has
given her solid experience in corporate communications and marketing. Marie
Karina Dimitri brings a robust mix of experience in digital and content
production. Her strong understanding of North American regulatory boundaries
will allow Edelman to expand its service offering in the area of social media
and to develop programs in the areas of health and pharmaceuticals.
