MONTREAL, April 27 /CNW Telbec/ - In accordance with regulatory
requirements, Richard Groome announces that he has recently sold 7,760,000
common shares of Mistral Pharma Inc. ("Mistral"), a TSX Venture Exchange
company (MIP) which he owned, directly or indirectly, or had control over. As
a result of this disposition, Mr. Groome still holds or exercises control or
direction over an aggregate of 6,740,000 common shares of Mistral which
represents an interest of 4.06% in Mistral's issued and outstanding capital at
the date hereof on a non-diluted basis. Mr. Groome's ownership in Mistral has
therefore decreased by 4.67% since his previously reported percentage of 8.72%
in June 2006. Assuming the exercise of all warrants still held by Notre-Dame
Capital, a corporation controlled by Mr. Groome, he will hold or exercise
control or direction over an aggregate of 15,885,300 common shares of Mistral,
which represents an interest of 9.06% of Mistral's issued and outstanding
capital at the date hereof on a non-diluted basis.
The securities sold by Mr. Groome were for cash proceeds. This investment
will be reviewed on a continuing basis and holdings may be increased or
decreased in the future, depending on economic or market conditions or matters
relating to the applicable issuer.
