    MONTREAL, Aug. 11 /CNW Telbec/ - During the second quarter of 2009,
Dynacor Gold Mines carried out a prospecting and sampling campaign of
outcroppings as well as a mapping of the skarn zone located in the northern
part of the Tumipampa property. All told, seventy-seven (77) channel samples
were analyzed from three distinct areas. Most of the samples were taken along
the contact zone between the limestone-bearing Ferrobamba formation and the
Andahuaylas Yauri intrusive. The presence of an assemblage of alteration
minerals consisting of garnets, calcite, quartz, and epidote associated with
pyrite, chalcopyrite and hematite mineralization suggests a mineralization
model of oxidized skarn-type which is generally rich in iron.
    Seventy-seven (77) samples were collected and analyzed for gold (Au) and
copper (Cu). Several of them returned significant Au and Cu grades; twelve
(12) samples returned gold grades ranging between 1.13 g/t Au and 9.88 g/t Au,
and seventeen (17) samples returned anomalous grades ranging between 0.1g/t Au
and 1.0 g/t Au. Twenty (20) samples returned significant Cu grades ranging
between 0.28% Cu to 13.30% Cu.

    All the samples were assayed at ALS CHEMEX Laboratories in Lima, Peru.
The samples were analyzed for gold by Fire Assay (FA-AA-Finish) and finished
by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, as well as for copper by inductively
coupled plasma (ICP-AES) and Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (AES) for over
limits. Strict QA/QC protocols were followed for all samples.
    Further exploration activities will include geological and detailed
geophysical studies followed by channel sampling of mineralized zones
uncovered by overburden stripping and trenching. To date, skarn-type
structures have been identified within an area of interest that is one
thousand (1,000) meters long and four hundred (400) meters wide, including
Cu-mineralized zones that have lengths of up to two hundred (200) meters.

    TUMIPAMPA PROPERTY

    The northern part of the Tumipampa property is underlain by the
limestone-bearing Ferrobamba formation which hosts the "Tintaya" deposit which
is a Cu-Au skarn deposit. Tintaya is a world class skarn deposit with more
than 139 million tonnes of 1.23% Cu and 0.23 g/t Au. Tintaya is located
approximately two hundred (200) km to the east of the Tumipampa property.
