    VANCOUVER, Nov. 13 /CNW/ - Les Kjosness, President, reports that drill
permits have been received regarding the exploration program at the Company's
Wakefield Lakes zinc property, Saskatchewan. The program entitles the Company
to drill at 21 sites with one to five drill holes per site. The first phase of
the program which will begin in December 2007 is for seven drill sites;
however, up to five drill holes per site are permitted. A new all-weather road
No.995 is being built by the Saskatchewan Government through the mineral
claims held by Golden Arch Resources, and will provide year-around access to
the property. Golden Arch's drill contractor will begin the immediate
preparation of the drill sites.

    The Company plans to: a) verify the results attained by Falconbridge;
                          b) extend the known George Lake zinc deposit, which
                             is open in all directions;
                             and,
                          c) explore at least two other undeveloped deposits
                             on the same trend that were indicated by
                             previous drilling.

    Wakefield Lakes is located approximately 300 kms northeast of La Ronge,
Saskatchewan, 15 kms east of the Saskatchewan all weather road No.905.
Previous drilling by Falconbridge indicates the possibility of a core-zone of
mineralization grading greater than 5% zinc. The Wakefield Zone is
approximately eight km long and is generally unexplored. However, a limited
detailed drilling program on the George Lake Zone is the basis of an
historically published resource of 2.9 million tons at 3.67% zinc and 0.53%
lead, using a 2% zinc cut-off. (verification of these Mineral Reserves has not
yet been completed and they are reported here solely as Historical Mineral
Reserve Estimates)

    On behalf of the Board,
    "Les Kjosness"
    President & Director
