Devine Entertainment Breaks into Global Spanish-Language Television Marketplace in New Distribution Agreement with Mexican KW Entertainment Multimedia Network

Mexico TV Agreement Closely Follows Recent Network TV Sale in Hungary
under Broad Foreign-Language Distribution Initiative with Carrere Group

    TORONTO, Feb. 13 /CNW/ - Devine Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:DVNNF),
seeking to capitalize on the burgeoning global demand for high quality film
and television content, has added another successful sale of its family and
educational titles - executed under the Company's ongoing aggressive worldwide
distribution initiative - with a sale to Mexican KWTV television and
multimedia network. It is the second such agreement to be announced in recent
weeks, and was placed by Devine's foreign sales partner, Carrere Group of
France.
Mexico's KW Entertainment is a socially progressive television and
multimedia network formed to deliver programming that excludes all forms of
aggression and violence. Devine's library of film and television includes
numerous titles aimed at the family and educational marketplace. Devine's
multi-title franchises and other film titles include well-crafted tales about
history's most important scientists, artists and composers. Devine
Entertainment has been decorated with more than 120 entertainment industry
awards, including Emmy Awards from the United States and Gemini Awards in
Canada.
"This agreement is of enormous strategic significance for Devine
Entertainment because the Spanish-speaking marketplace is so large worldwide,
with demand for content growing at a steep rate," said David Devine, President
and Chief Executive Officer. "Our high-growth business plan has always focused
on creating content to address all major worldwide markets, with completion of
all films in several languages. As a result, Devine's programs are
particularly well-suited for international distribution and sales."
A major segment of Devine's content library will be monetized under the
KW Entertainment agreement, including 19 of Devine Entertainment's critically
acclaimed children's films and franchise titles. Among them is the film
Beethoven Lives Upstairs, and Devine's acclaimed franchises The Composers
Specials, The Inventors' Specials and The Artists' Specials.

KW Entertainment is a multimedia company, focused on promoting
innovative, creative, fun and family oriented content, through universal
values and principles to all audiences. It is focused on providing content to
an audience that is looking for non-aggressive content, and on becoming an
alternative source in Mexico for visual or verbal content that promotes
positive messages. For more information visit
