Learn to design for success at local RGD event

of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario (RGD). At Design Matters, industry
experts reveal how the strategic design of messages contributes to the success

his tested process of design workflow, which he's used to launch some of

Grant Gordon, creative director of Key Gordon Communications, shares the
challenges faced when designing for the environment. He draws on his own
experience creating award-winning campaigns, such as the Flick Off campaign.
Jean-Pierre Lacroix R.G.D. explains the role packaging plays in engaging
customers and enticing purchase. President of Shikatani Lacroix Brandesign,
Jean-Pierre covers how packaging connects in the "blink-of-an-eye", how
visibility and shopability are crucial to ensuring brand loyalty and how to
evaluate if your packaging is optimized for success.

Corporate Development, covers the complex relationship between strategy and
design. She explains how to bridge the gap between the two and explores the
roles of strategist and designer.
