Dalton McGuinty won't....

    ...won't what?

TORONTO, Sept. 10 /CNW/ - Today Dalton McGuinty was asked yet again if he
will say that he won't raise taxes.
Can you just tell us that right here, right now, he was asked.
His response was, "You know I won't."
    Won't what?
Won't raise taxes? Then why won't he say it?
Won't say it? Because he's going to raise taxes again?
Dalton McGuinty's four years in office are littered with excuses and
broken promises.
He's increased government spending by more than $22.4 billion a year.
He's spent the last three months making announcements totaling more than
$27 billion. His election platform amounts to at least $14.7 billion.
Ontario needs to know - is Dalton McGuinty going to raise taxes? If not,
why won't he say it?
