appointment of Mr. Jim Johnson as its new Vice President of Operations and Mr.
Kevin Smith as its new Vice President of Business Development. In addition,
Mr. Greg Skvortsoff, currently Product Manager Defence, shall continue to lead
our marketing and technical effort for blast mitigation and take direct
responsibility for business development of our automotive products.
Mr. Johnson brings to Cymat an extensive background in manufacturing and
operations with expertise in lean manufacturing, business planning, IT
implementation and quality excellence. Jim also possesses a five year degree
in Mechanical Engineering and Management. He is replacing Philip Neukom who
was in the role since July 2006.
Mr. Smith has an extensive business development background selling into
our 3 verticals Automotive, Architectural and Military. Kevin fills this newly
creative position, focusing on growth of our architectural and blast
mitigation businesses. He has completed Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Lean
Leadership Training as well as a Bachelor of Science and an MBA.
