TORONTO, June 29 /CNW/ - Cyclical Split NT Corp. announced today that Mr.
David Thomas, Chief Executive Officer and director of Cyclical Split NT Corp.
has decided to leave the Corporation in order to pursue other opportunities.
The board of directors of the Corporation has expressed its thanks and sincere
appreciation to Mr. Thomas for his years of service, and wishes him well in
his new endeavour.
Mr. Farooq Moosa will assume the responsibilities of the President, Chief
Executive Officer and director as of July 1, 2007. Mr. Moosa joined BMO
Nesbitt Burns Inc. in May 2004 and is currently a Vice President in BMO
Capital Markets where he is responsible for originating and executing retail
structured products involving exchange traded closed-end funds, flow-through
limited partnerships, principal at-risk notes and other alternative investment
funds. Mr. Moosa has held other similar roles in the industry since 1998. He
holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and a MBA from the School of
Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
