products to leading international brands and retailers, today announced that
Mr. Clarence Kwong has resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer and
will be leaving the Company effective July 25, 2008 to pursue other interests.
The Company has started an immediate search for a replacement Chief Financial
"Clarence had played an important role during his time at CY Oriental,"
said Mr. Chen. "Over the past 18 months we made the transition from a
privately-owned business to a publicly listed entity, completed the
construction of Phase I and commenced operations of our new Tengzhou facility.
Having our operations in China and a corporate office in Canada has presented
its challenges. I would like to thank Clarence for his initiatives,
determination and professionalism to assist the Company during this transition
period and wish him well in his future endeavours."
