Canada, the BBM Canada Fall 2007 audience report released today confirms. In
addition to being home to Canada's No.1 national newscast, CTV National News
with Lloyd Robertson, Canadians overwhelmingly turn to CTV Evening News at
6 p.m. for their local news. Today's BBM data confirms that CTV is the
top-ranked local newscast in 11 of the 12 major Canadian markets(*).
Every evening more than 1.5 million viewers tune into CTV Evening News,
making it regularly one of the Top 10 programs nationally on Canadian
television(xx). The BBM Canada Fall 2007 audience report confirms that CTV
also has the top-rated local newscast in each of the following markets:
