CTV Announces Premiere Dates for Red-Hot January



    
    - Three New Series - The Moment of Truth, Dance War and Eli Stone - to
      Premiere -

    - American Idol, Lost, Medium, Law & Order and Degrassi: TNG return -
    - The Amazing Race and Corner Gas continue with new episodes -
    

    TORONTO, Dec. 21 /CNW/ - Three new series - Dance War, The Moment of
Truth and Eli Stone - will premiere on CTV this January in addition to the
return of five big-buzz hits. In all, CTV's schedule will see the influx of
eight series new to the schedule next month, joining Top 10 favourite The
Amazing Race and Canada's No.1 comedy series Corner Gas which continues with
new episodes throughout the month.

    Monday nights on CTV features the hot new series Dance War: Bruno vs.
Carrie Ann (Jan. 7) at 8 p.m., followed by the return of Corner Gas (Jan. 14)
with new episodes at 9:30 p.m. Bookending the all-new Monday night line-up is
Season 7 of Degrassi: The Next Generation at 7:30 p.m. and the return of Top
20 hit Medium (Jan. 7) at 10 p.m.

    Winter's No.1 series American Idol anchors Tuesday nights on CTV
beginning Jan. 15 with a two-hour, Season 7 premiere beginning at 8 p.m.
American Idol continues on Wednesday, Jan. 16 with another two-hour episode
from 8-10 p.m.

    Following American Idol on Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. is the new reality
series The Moment of Truth, premiering January 23. Law & Order completes CTV's
Wednesday night schedule at 10 p.m. (January 2).

    Beginning January 31, Thursday nights feature the return of Top 10
favourite Lost at 9 p.m. followed by buzzed-about new drama Eli Stone at 10
p.m.
