WINNIPEG, Oct. 22 /CNW/ - Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. ("Craig Wireless"
or the "Company") (TSX: CWG), announced today that Mr. David Lazzarato has
resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Effective immediately, Mr.
Boyd Craig and Mr. Drew Craig, the current Co-Chairmen of the Company, have
been appointed as Co-Chief Executive Officers of the Company. Mr. Lazzarato
has agreed to assist the Company with an orderly transition of his
responsibilities, and the board of directors and management of Craig Wireless
take this opportunity to thank Mr. Lazzarato for his service to the Company.
