CP24 and GO Transit Announce Exclusive Partnership



    
     -CP24 and CP24 Radio 1050 are Toronto's only destinations for live
                       updates direct from GO Transit-
    

    TORONTO, June 3, 2009 /CNW/ - CP24 - Toronto's destination for breaking
news - and GO Transit have announced an exclusive partnership that will
provide CP24 viewers and CP24 1050 listeners with live GO Transit updates
throughout the morning and evening rush hours. Beginning today at 5:30 a.m.,
GO Transit presenters Diane Bedard, Erica Hawkshaw and Karen Warner join the
CP24 team every weekday, delivering commuter news live from the GO Transit
Centre in downtown Toronto.

    "This exclusive partnership allows us to deliver more breaking transit
news than any other broadcaster in the GTA," said Bob McLaughlin, Vice

our programming is only getting better."

    The commuter updates will take place twice every half hour period during
CP24 BREAKFAST and once every half hour period throughout CP24's evening rush
