Court Of Appeal Dismisses Appeals by Brost, et. al.



    CALGARY, Sept. 12 /CNW/ - The Alberta Court of Appeal has dismissed
appeals by Milowe Brost, Capital Alternatives Inc., Strategic Metals Corp.,
Edna Forrest, Carol Weeks and Bradley Regier from ASC liability and sanction
decisions dated, respectively, February 16, 2007 and July 10, 2007.
    Written reasons for this ruling will follow from the Court of Appeal.
