today held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Quebec City.

Shareholders have re-elected the following directors to the Company's
Board of Directors: Claude Lessard, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive

Beauregard, President of The Beauregard Group, Inc.; Monic Houde, President,
MMH Conseil; David D. McKerroll, Consultant; Anthony G. Miller, Corporate
Director; Paule Gauthier, Partner, Stein Monast LLP; and Charles Sirois,
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Telesystem Ltd.
Ms. Nicole Côté, President of Psycho-Logic Inc., chose not to stand for
re-election to the Company's Board of Directors.
In addition, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Raymond Boucher,
President, Raybou Communication Inc., to the Board on February 6, 2008.
Mr. Boucher has a solid reputation acquired over more than 30 years in the
marketing communications industry, in Quebec and throughout Canada. He was
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BBDO Montreal Inc., a company of the
Omnicom Group. Throughout his career, Mr. Boucher has been actively involved
in community organizations such as Quebec Heart and Stroke Foundation, The
United Way, and Sainte-Justine Health Center and the Sainte-Justine Hospital
