QUEBEC CITY, April 25 /CNW Telbec/ - Claude Lessard, Chairman of the
Board, Chief Executive Officer and President, today announced that James
Crossland, Executive Vice President, Cossette Communication Group, has decided
to leave the Company to accept an executive position with another Canadian
publicly-traded company. His departure will be effective May 27, 2007.
"Over the past four years, James has played a key role in the development
and growth of our business outside Canada," said Mr. Lessard. "Our
international business now accounts for about one-third of our gross income -
a major accomplishment, and one that will help us achieve our goal of becoming
a respected international player in the world of communications."

In the coming weeks, Mr. Crossland's responsibilities will be
transitioned to current senior management.
