pleased to announce the launch of the CIBC Gartman Global Allocation Deposit
Notes, Series 4 (the "Notes"). This is the fourth series of Notes which will
be sub-advised by The Gartman Letter, L.C., the publisher of The Gartman
Letter. Its author, Dennis Gartman, is a leading global markets commentator.

Notes are 100% principal protected by CIBC, if held to maturity. The term to
maturity is seven years. The Notes will be available for sale until May 16,
