Paul Doo, CEO at Telemerge says "Cohos have been a valued client for over
a year now, and when they contacted us regarding their videoconferencing
needs, we were delighted to work with them to provide a solid well supported
In February 2008, Telemerge was contracted to connect Cohos Evamy's three
studios to its private network. Since that time, Telemerge has assisted Cohos
Evamy in the design of a solution which removed video conference traffic from
its WAN (wide-area-network) allowing the firm to video conference to the
outside world. Independent of video conferencing, the Toronto studio has been
using Telemerge's audio conferencing services for almost a year.
From day 1, the service provided by Telemerge has been top notch. "We
have been really happy with the service we've received from Telemerge. They
have always made the extra effort to follow up and ensure that the equipment
and service is performing as it should. We find that their customer service is
very pleasant to deal with," says Michael Guttridge, IT Director, Cohos Evamy
integratedesign(TM). And the going has not always been easy. Telemerge was
quick to provide and ship loaner equipment to Cohos Evamy when one of its
studios was in a pinch. The company has even dug into its own treasure chest
to come up with an old model microphone to serve as a replacement for one of
Cohos Evamy's older Video conferencing systems."
As Cohos Evamy continues to grow as a national firm, it looks forward to
continue to build on its relationship with Telemerge. Cohos Evamy's Edmonton
studio will be undergoing major renovations in the coming months. Telemerge
has already been contracted to supply the new hardware.
Established in 1960, Cohos Evamy integratedesign(TM) has a track record
of integrated design excellence through more than 48 years of practice.
