OTTAWA, April 22 /CNW Telbec/ - The Co-operative Housing Federation of
Canada's executive director Nicholas Gazzard will make a presentation to the
federal Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development
and the Status of Persons with Disabilities (HUMA) meeting on the federal
contribution to reducing poverty in Canada.

Mr. Gazzard will discuss what access to decent, adequate housing,
especially co-operative housing, can do to alleviate poverty. He will be
available to talk to the media following the presentation.
