Clearly Canadian Issues Sales Trend Updates and Corporate Developments Report



    VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, June 12 /CNW/ - CLEARLY CANADIAN (OTCBB:
CCBEF) (the "Company") announced today that it sees encouraging trend
developments in its recently acquired division, My Organic Baby. Based on
current sales numbers, the Company expects revenue from My Organic Baby for
the fiscal year 2007 to grow over 350% from its 2006 revenue. This growth is
being fueled by the rapid expansion of stores offering My Organic Baby
products, which has more than doubled so far this year to approximately 800
stores and is expected to double again over the next 6-12 months to
approximately 1,600 stores.

    Brent Lokash, President of Clearly Canadian, stated, "This type of growth
rate and the enormous potential of the organic baby food market are indicative
of why we pursued this acquisition. We are now combining our expertise,
resources and balance sheet strength with My Organic Baby's fabulous products
and market position in order to expedite expansion. Again the plan is to
firmly establish My Organic Baby as a brand leader in Canada, then expand into
the massive U.S. marketplace in 2008. We also look forward to the launch of My
Organic Toddler which will even further establish Clearly Canadian's brands in
the minds of the health conscious consumer, and solidify our position as a

    Additionally the company announced the hiring of Edwin Fok as Chief
Financial Officer. Mr. Fok brings to Clearly Canadian over seventeen years of
financial planning, analysis and business development experience and most
recently held a controller position with a $1.2 billion public company. Mr.
Fok replaces Matt Hoogendoorn, who had come to work with Clearly Canadian for
one year to assist the Company in establishing a solid financial department
and building a relationship with the Company's auditors, KPMG. The Company
