consulting contract with Armtec. Prior to joining Clearford in 2005, he was
the General Manager and Re-Founder of ComputerLand, President and Co-Founder

Mr. Linton expressed confidence in the future of Clearford, "I have
always been excited about this Company, and I believe that the global demand
for Clearford's integrated system is very strong. I am delighted to be given
the opportunity to lead Clearford to success," he said.
Company Chairman, Rod Bryden said, "This past year has been pivotal for
Clearford. After completing sale of the Brooklin Concrete Division, Clearford
carefully assessed its technology and the evolving market for wastewater
management. The company's Small Bore Sewer(TM) (SBS(TM)) has been enhanced by
two years of research and development to deliver the highest quality of
effluent for treatment to potable quality, and collection of methane from
decomposing solids, at substantially lower cost than traditional sewage
collection and treatment systems. The strategy to integrate the SBS(TM) with
state-of-the-art MBR and Reverse Osmosis technology will deliver a low cost
system to receive wastewater and return clean water to the environment and
methane for production of electricity. We are delighted that Bruce Linton has
agreed to return to Clearford. His depth of industry knowledge and
wide-reaching understanding of the market potential for Clearford's technology
will position the Company very favorably as it continues its evolution,"
concluded Mr. Bryden.
Mr. Bryden recognized the excellent work of the outgoing CEO, "John Kelly
has been instrumental in moving the company forward. We are grateful for his
significant contribution, and pleased that he will continue providing valuable
input as a member of Clearford's Board of Directors."
