commitment to Montréal's New Harbourfront revitalization and a green space
network, CLC is very pleased to announce that the City of Montréal has
acquired its property at Cité du Havre called Parc de la Pointe. This
property, which is approximately 11 acres (4 hectares), is located at the tip
of Cité du Havre and functions as a park visited by thousands of residents and
visitors year round for various outdoor recreational activities.

ensuring it is maintained as park space for future generations to enjoy", said

CLC has been mandated by the Government of Canada to redevelop nearly
five million square feet of property within Montréal's harbourfront. The
objective of this redevelopment is to create an exceptional urban space for
