    headline seventh annual forum

seventh annual Research and Measurement Conference from 22-24 October at Le
Royal Meridien King Edward Hotel in Toronto.  The conference, titled
"Communication Management and Measurement in Complex Organizations," will
provide the knowledge and insight that communication executives require to
demonstrate return on investment for their public relations and communication

    Designed for corporate communication and PR directors, the conference
will bring together practitioners from Fortune 500 companies as well as
academics, consultants and other industry leaders as faculty.  The conference
will provide opportunities to explore best practices, discuss professional

    --  Angela Sinickas, ABC, IABC Fellow, president of Sinickas
        Communications, Inc., will teach you how to calculate the return on

    --  Mark Schumann, ABC, managing principal at Towers Perrin and vice chair
        of IABC executive board, will present new findings from the Global
        Workforce Study conducted by Towers Perrin and lead an enlightening
