Cirque Eloize will open the NHL All Star Game at the Bell Center



    MONTREAL, Jan. 24 /CNW Telbec/ - The NHL has commissioned the Special
Events Division of Cirque Eloize to design a special act as part of the
opening ceremony for the 57th All Star Game this January 25 at 6:00 PM at the
Bell Center in Montreal. There will also be an additional appearance by Cirque
Eloize presented at the first intermission. In this year when we celebrate the
100th anniversary of the Montreal Canadians, it is an honor for Cirque Eloize,
a Montreal based company, to be part of the opening celebrations of the 57th
All Star Game.
    In addition to its tour performances, Cirque Eloize develops custom made
concepts for international special events. To date, more than 1000 events have
taken place. Cirque Eloize Special Events division also offers turnkey events
at it's head office/creative studio located in the Dalhousie train station, a

    Eloize (EL-WAZ): In the Magdalen Islands, flashes of heat lightning seen
on the horizon are called 'éloise'. An inspiration for the troupe's seven
founding members, this lightning symbolizes the heat and energy that feed the
