Instrument 43-101 technical report has been filed on SEDAR for the Company's
Mmamabula Energy Project in Southern Africa.
The report, entitled "CIC Energy Corp.: Mmamabula Project, South-eastern
Botswana, Project No. J912, National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report" and
dated June 1, 2007, was prepared by Snowden Mining Industry Consultants
("Snowden"). Snowden is an international minerals consultancy group,
independent of the Company.
